I am a board-certified Psychiatric and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, along with a minor in Spanish.

My path to becoming a nurse practitioner wasn't always straightforward. I struggled academically in middle school and transferred high schools after experiencing bullying. Those experiences shaped my perspective and continue to remind me that growth is possible, even when life feels overwhelming.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I enjoy helping clients find a medication plan that is tailored to their unique needs while minimizing side effects. I believe that thoughtful, gradual changes often lead to the most meaningful and lasting improvements.

My clinical interests include neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ health, women's health, concerns affecting adults, Millennials and Gen Z, and improving access to care for underserved communities. Along with medication management, I incorporate supportive therapy into appointments and collaborate closely with therapists whenever possible, as a team-based approach often leads to the best outcomes. I also recognize that wellness extends beyond medication and may include meaningful relationships, time in nature, balanced nutrition, physical activity, and spirituality.
